Sunnydale Swamp

Travel in a comfortable covered gypsy style wagon to a lagoon setting surrounded by bullrush and lignum. Be seated around a huge redgum slab table to enjoy the following meal

Appertisers – Spinach Dip with crackers
Entree – Prawns flavoured with Salt with Attitude served on a bed of baby spinach
Mains – Sunnydale Saltbush Rack of Lamb with red wine, rosemary, mash and bush tomato chutney.
Dessert – Homemade Peach and Sultana Crumble served with cream (Summer only)
Dessert - Quandong Syrup Dumplings with cream (Winter only)

Sunnydale Shearing Shed

Travel by gypsy cart to the pine log and corrugated iron shearing shed to enjoy a chandelier lit meal among the haunting memories of times gone by.

Appetiser - Homestyle Spinach dip and crackers
Entree - Seared prawns served on baby spinach with salt with attitude seasoning
Mains - Coopers beer battered fish served with tartare sauce and wedges, OR thick Steak with bush tomato relish, wedges and salad
Dessert - Chocolate Mousse with botrytis marinated strawberries (Summer Only)
Quondong Syrup Dumplings with cream (Winter Only)

Big Bend Cliffs

On the banks of the Murray enter a chandelier lit squatters tank with superb views looking through the gum trees to the water lapping the majestic orange coloured cliffs for the following meal.

At the conclusion of your Big Bend Bend Sunset Dinner you will receive a complimentary nocturnal tour that will include a glass of port at the Claypan Flat shelter before concluding the night.

Your dinner and nocturnal tour will be conducted over 2.5 - 3 hours. All dinner tours are BYO and are not available on Wednesday evenings. Menus may change without notice based on availability of produce.
