Sutherlands Hotel - Part of the Outback Pub TourOutback Pub Tour

Pub crawls are a tradition the world over but why not try an Outback Pub Tour through the Murraylands salt bush country.

Starting on the banks of the river we will take you on a round trip to some of the most popular pubs in the Murraylands.

Our first watering hole will be the Sedan Hotel. Footroad Flats - Part of the Outback Pub TourOnce a busy railway township Sedan now is the meeting place for all locals and visitors travelling via the 5 main roads running through town - much like the early settlers.

Taking the back tracks via Footroad Flats, keeping an eye out for kangaroos and emus, we will head to the Sutherlands Hotel. Sutherlands is an old deserted railway township with few signs of life.

Back on the bitumen we will head down the road and around the corner to Mt Mary - the pub with no town. Full of tales and memorabilia, Mt Mary Hotel is where your next cold beer and lunch will be found.

After lunch we will head back to the river via Morgan. Morgan was once a busy inland port and today still boasts two hotels in prime position overlooking the riverbank.

From here we will travel downstream to Blanchetown stopping at Lock 1 before returning you to your houseboat or accommodation.

Lunch and your first beer in each pub is our shout so why not see a different side of the Murraylands while you're here.
